The "Weisses Kreuz" is the oldest and at the same time the most modern 4-star superior hotel in Bregenz. At that time, architectural agreements were drawn up in Bregenz in order to improve the appearance of the town. Buildings could only be built in a manner which would ‘enrich the town’.
